Does anyone know of a company stock trading online, which allows you to use a non-resident?

have attempted to align with several U.S. and UK based firms in stocks and trading shares, but when they come to Japan at my address I was informed that only U.S. residents or the United Kingdom may use their services. Does anybody know of any company in the bureaucracy limited?

Not knowing the answer for companies UK and / or citizens, but as an American citizen living in Japan too, have managed to open an account in a company listed on this site: http://www.broker-reviews.us/foreign.shtml you can work around the incompatibility our approach with the input fields of the United States within the meaning of several ways: 1) to provide two address inputs (ie, "stable" and "E") of each U.S. entry and not directed at us, and synchronize your address online once your account is created. 2) Do not apply for the account online, but print the form and hand and / or contact your sales representative customer service assistance (which is good to test the quality of customer service that it intends to broker)
