Day Trading for action?

Hello, wanted to know if there are places (broker), where I opened a trading account without having to have a minimum balance (eg 25k). Also, if I understand correctly, in my opinion with a trading account days, I can buy and sell the same stock several times during the day. Thank you very much in advance. For those who tell me that I am not educated enough to trade on … Let me answer saying they are not educated enough to answer my question. My question is: Are there any online sites which may open an account on the day less than 25,000 USD?
